Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately we don’t allow pets at the Quay View.
Is bed linen included?
All prices include bed linen and towels (not beach towels). Please do not take the provided towels to the beach.
Does the property have a cot or high chair?
Travel cot and high chair provided on request; (bed linen supplied).
Does the property have a TV?
Yes, the property has a television with Freeview plus Netflix is available on the Apps on the TV.
What if I have special requirements?
Please ring Charlotte and we will do our very best to meet your requirements.
What if something goes wrong whilst I’m on holiday?
In the information pack provided in the property, you can find a list of emergency numbers.
What will be in the kitchen?
The kitchen is well equipped for the maximum number of guests including, saucepans, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The property has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Any specialist items such as a wok or griddle should be brought with you.
Will I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, we require a £150 security deposit with your booking. This is refundable within 5 working days of your departure date.
What time can we arrive?
The property will be ready for occupation from 3:00 pm.
What time do we have to vacate the property?
The property must be vacated by 10:00 am. This is to provide the housekeeping staff with sufficient time to prepare each apartment to the highest standard.
Are we able to smoke in the property?
For everyone’s comfort, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.
